The polyurethane cup pig is mainly used for crude, refined oil, edible oil, natural gas, chemical industry materials, liquefied natural gas and running water, etc.
The polyurethane cup pig uses polyurethane casting completely, which keeps the cup pig clean and better sealing, also increases passing ability of the cup pig, is suitable for replacing transmission medium.
Work principle:
Use the power of compressed air, water or transmission medium to pull the pig in the forward motion; finally the goal of pigging, rust cleaning and descaling is achieved.
Characteristics:
1 Reasonable structure and convenient use can effectively reduce the cost of project;
2 According to design requirement, the product can be equipped with wire brush, magnetic frame, electronic tracker and other replacement to accomplish different pigging task. The electronic tracking system of high sensitivity can monitor operating state.
